'The  WHAC' Report

From time to time I will publish my personal  perspective on the WHAC.  

For many years The  WHAC has sought to help change outcomes for Wild Horses and Burros.  To eliminate the slaughter pipeline.  

Today NONE are focused on a workable solution which produces real change and alters the outcomes for the animals.
